Have a 3300 which when sending out emails fails due the requirement of our internet provider that every email have authentification, the version we are running has no field for user login verification. We were using a remote computer running winmail and relaying the message out through outlook using the rules to sort each email from the server and then sending out with authentication from outlook, our relay mail server crashed and it occurred Mitle may have had a software firmware upgrade and added the feature, any help much appreciated?

The 3300 does not do verification on the latest software

It is likely that your Email provider will have a SMTP relay option that can whitelist the emails from your site.

Failing that, you can use a Mitel application server such as an MBG as the email relay with verification

Failing that, there are numerous other options outside the system but I've never had to go there.
