Has anyone tried Callcentric with R6? Alphabet soup?

Hi,

I have 406V2 w/VCM8 R5.0(18), Phone 8 R7.0(18), and embeded VM. Phones are (4) POT Phones, (5) 6408Ds, (3) 4412s, (2)4621s, (1) 1603, and (1) 4625.
Thinking of getting IP500V2, and ditching the 4412s & 1603, as I really like the 96xx phones. My BP is offering Me a 5 year warranty on the 500V2 & combo module.
Bad Caller ID has been a problem with Callecntirc since R4.2. I have a toll free SIP line ( 3 channels ), and a Personal line ( 2 channels ) with callcentric.
I also have a local number ( 4 channels ) with callwith us, I have no issues with their caller ID.

I still have issues with inbound caller id with R6 in my display, but i can see it the correct number in my 1Xportal i seem to remember

it works sometimes... but the caller id name works 100% I think it will be fix in the next release.

Your right, Caller ID Name always works 100%, but number dosen't always work. looks like hexadecimal dump![p]

I have the same problem as well with callcentric. Anyone have a solution yet?

I'm running 6.1 and it still is messed up. Callcentric is not Avaya supported so they wont look at it.
