Has anyone seen these issues with BCM reporting for call center? When bringing up the real time screen to monitor acd agents the columns do not line up with the title header bar. After going over a couple of columns it becomes ver difficult to read this way.
Also I have 2 BCM 450 with the same patch release as my other BCM 450's however these 2 machines will not let me do a purge under the maintenance section. The other machines are the same release (all machines are 6.0)and same upi to date patches?
