I have it all set up in the LAB with licences etc but for the life of me I cannot get the inbound calls to ring to a Topic.

I can call the agents OK and answer and transfer on the IPOCC Agent Software BUT if I call Topic 3001 it comes up call failed although it looks like its going to the IPOCC because on the display it shows the call Centre server name.

My system short code is as follows
30XX
Feature= Dial Extn
Telephone Number= 6999|>>.

I need some training on this or better docs, but this should be easy pulling hair out :)

[cheers]

Are you running in your lab on a machine that meets the requirements or something less? Avaya has offered me a demo kit license for it but my lab machine is only dual core 2.94 ghz with 4 gig RAM/single NIC. Curious as if it will work as demo on lesser machine.
