Our system is SC 5.1 with SCAuto and Connect-it. I understand that you can have tickets auto-generated with Outlook forms, but has anyone made a webpage create a ticket? If so what tips can you share?

That's it, I don't want to buy Peregrine's Get-It packages if the feature can be built myself. Get-it has too much other stuff that we wouldn't use or already built ourself.

I have developed something similiar within AC using Connect.It to read from an email box, for approving purchase requests, based on the subject line containing REQ00007:APPROVED or REQ00007:REJECTED, so you can manipulate the subject line in Connect.It to determine the Request in question and the approval status given.

I haven't tried it with SC but you could use the email connector in Connect.It to read from an email box, and then process the email (which is formatted specifically for Connect.It) ito create a ticket in SC

I hope this has given you some ideas...

You could also try the web --> (flat file/ email/ xml ...) --> connectit --> SC
or
web-->email-->scauto-->sc

Does Work thru any of the above.. need to configure the event reg/ map on SC accordingly.

Thanx in Advance
