on a dell poweredge r210 server?

What do you mean?

Incomming call route?

Whats wrong with it?

The issue is I have downloaded the server edition/application server .ISO file from the avaya website and made a bootable USB. When I boot up the Dell server and it starts to install after hitting next a couple of times I get an error. I'll get a picture and post on here. Am I even doing it correct by trying to install the .iso file form the start?

Really! You've wasted a whole day before admitting what the actual situation is! Try being a bit more upfront with information about the actual scenario and problem and you'll find that the forum works a lot better.

Yes ICR is supported on the Dell R210. But ICR is just a component or IP Office Server Edition or an IP Office Application server. Which are you trying to install?

That said the initial install process is exactly the same for each. Describe the error message rather than waiting another 24-hours to post a picture file.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

It will be a stand alone server. I am wanting to install the IP Office Application server. The site will have an ip office 500V2 10.1 so will not be using server edition. I downloaded the server edition/ application server .iso file( abe-10.1.0-237_el6.iso) and it runs on the server. I see the Avaya screen come up and i choose the language then agree to the avaya terms then i get a screen that says

"An unhandled exception has occurred. This is most likely a bug. Please save a file of the exception and file a bug report." my options are Debug Save Exit. no matter which one i choose it reboots the server.

Do i even have the correct file to load on the server? could the bug be in the .iso file or the server?
Thanks for your help

do a md5 checksum comparison because I had bad downloads in the past that caused issues

Personally I always install from DVD. More reliable in my opinion.

I meant checking the file before burning it onto the DVD
