I am trying to connect and IP Office (ver 4.2.11) to Centralized Intuity Audix but have been unsuccessful. I have used the job aid to assist with the programming but I cannot get the IP Office to cover to VM. Any Ideas?

a place to start is what do you have for systems?

I see the ipo but what type
what CM version at the audix side
what audix are you using
how are they connected
I asume you can make calls between systems

more information all around
I dont have any experiance doing this but who ever does will want that much at the very least.

I installed it five years ago and had the same problem. Had to trace on the definity side and found that definity route number was appended to the ipo extension number. So it wont cover casue the new appended number doesn't exist. Had to remove the extra digits on the definity side.

Come to think of it. I think that it was the sys monitor traces that showed the appended number.

The CM is ver 1.3 and the Intuity Audix is 5.1. The are connected across a PRI. I can call between sites with no problem but calls won't cover to VM. I also get a busy signal when I dial the shortcode for VM collect.

I think it's licenced, do you have the licence?
