Hardware problem

We have this small problem with Arcserve version11 running on Windows 2003 Server and ADIC Scalar 24 with 2 X LTO2 tape drives.
All devices get picked up by Arcserve, but library is always shown as OFFLINE and I don't know what else to do to get it going. Any ideas?

First of all, have you run the device configuration wizard? You need to run this so that ARCserve can configure the library. Otherwise, the library will not appear correctly.

That library is on the certified device list with the following firmware versions:

Drive: 333K
Library: 109A, 237A

You should make sure you are using the certified versions of the firmware.

Replacing the SCSI card has fixed this problem.
