Have a CallPilot 201i 4.04 that has a bad hard drive. Need to know if I can buy a replacement at a "altex or best buy" or does it have to come from Nortel? It's a Seagate 2.5inch 60gig 5400rpm device. Does it have to match exactly to the old one. Thanks.
