i had the folowing configuration on my hdd:
- 1 primary ntfs partition with win2k
- 1 primary extended partition which contained two logical partitions: a linux swap partition and a windows fat 32 partition.
i booted from the win98 installation CD and the windows setup repartitioned my hard drive creating only one primary fat32 partition. i stoped the setup program when i realised that it takes too long to format my hard drive. initially i believed that the setup will reformat only the ntfs partition but it wasn't that way. now i have a fat32 primary partition, newly formatted and clean (to not overwrite the previous data). Do i Have any chance to recover my very important data from my old fat32 partition???
i had there all my work!!
