Hard drive "green status bar" is not showing correctly?

Hey guys, i am experiencing a weird problem, it just happened like 2 weeks ago, and i been looking all over the place to find out how to fix this problem, but the problem is that the little green "bar" under my hard drive in my computer is not showing, it just shows empty like if there is nothing in my C drive, here is a screenshot of my computer to clarify exactly what im talking about, and i put little red arrows pointing towards exactly where the "bars" are located:

Can anyone help me out so i can see the green "bar" again?

I know it is not a big deal but it is really bothering me alot...

Alright i just fixed this issue, i changed my vista skin and apparently that was the reason, i changed it back to the original microsoft one and the "blue" bars (They weren't green) are back

Well incase someone did that same thing i did, hope they could find this thread and solve the problem too.
