Got a new mobo and processor, Shuttle AK32A w/ AMD XP 2000+
This has only happened since I began using this board, as well as reformatting my hard drive and reinstalling windows. I get the error, UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME in a blue screen. I have a picture of the screen if it helps. The system has to be restarted from there and sometimes it boots up fine, other times it does this all over again. Any ideas?

How many hard drives are in this system? Are you dual booting?

Why should he need to update the BIOD khandfw? It is a new motherboard after all.

I know the answer to this issue! My Windows XP had this very issue. I called Microsoft and they sent a disk with the fix for this problem. Then you must install the Windows upgrades to stop this from happening. Call them they are very helpful.
