Hi, I've notice that my system partition drives are spining all the time..the exchange server is really slow, where/what should I look at first?

THANKS FOR ANY HELP

I used performance monitor to check on the disk..Current disk queue length on the c: drive is over 10...all the time and peaking really high

Even my HDD too some times b4 ,, after some days my mirror Hard disk failed.

your drives are spinning?
Would you want them to stop?
I don't see the problem, harddisks spin all the time, unless you are referring to a 'weird' kind of spinning.
