Hard Disk not show windows 2003 Enterprise

I have this problem and i try to find solution for this question:

I install Windows 2003 Enterprise and my second Hard disk detect but i don't know why my second hard disk partition not show in my computer. And i also check in Computer Management they show the partition in there but no volume lable in second hard disk partition.

If you guys know any solution. please show me how to work out this problem.

In disk management:

on the physical drive #, ie. "disk 1", right click and initialize. This will run you through the wizard to write a signature and convert if you want to. Then, to the right of that where you see the volume, right click on the volume to create a partition and assign a drive letter. Then right click again, choos a file system and format ...

This only do you have no data in that hard disk. I mean my second hard disk partition got all data in there. For that i can format second hard disk partition.

If you guys got other solution please show me

I see. You left the second volume from a previous OS [most likely W2K], and then tried to read it after installing W2K3 on the first volume. The volume was a basic disk [uses FTDisk driver].

But really funny thing about this Windows 2003. When i install Standard Version is show all my partition but not Enterprise. That only funny thing i been see this Operation System. But not other Windows i been using for long time.
