Hanging on Server 2003

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone would be able to offer any advice on apps seeming to hang on a Server 2003, standard edition sp1.

It was rebuilt after original server had failed and apart from the server no other chnages have been made to the network.

Outlook.exe, winword.exe other bespoke software all seem to gather in the task manager.
Users use terminal services to connect.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

I presume this is a terminal server?

Perhaps out of memory / processor capacity?

Did you re-install all the apps in Install mode?

What do the logs say?

Does this happen to everyone? If only one person logs in does it still occur?

If you expand a bit it would certainly help, what have you done so far to resolve the issue?
