Handsfree on a 2112

For some reason on some of my 2112's the handsfree option is not working. Is there anything I'm missing in the progamming? Thanks

Was it the 2112 that had to have a power supply for Hand free or was that for the phone to work at all?

There was no power supply. The phone does work just not the handsfree. Fred

The 2112's we use need a power supply for handsfree to work.
