Here's my problem, I've got tables/forms set up in Access to update/add signage data. I've got the DB on the Network. I've got 3 handhelds that will be used out in the field used to make the updates. Before the crew goes out to make updates, they drag a copy of the DB to their handhelds (via ActiveSync). They will be making specific and random maintenance on signs, all of which will be different from each other. In returning from the field, they will need to update the main database on the Network. What would be the best method in doing this, without overwriting each others updates? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest you look up Replication in Access Help. It seems that's what you need to implement.
