HAND-HELD RES 3700 ISSUE 1

Hello I Have an issue using Hand-Held (Micros-oracle working with windows 8.1) with micros res 3700 5.7 MR1
- licence manager all ok HandHeld Activated on the licence code
- the configuration i think is good as all the other workstation works. i have only one hand held and all is workstation 6
- the error message is : The WorkStation Theme File failed to load
OPS Software not Licensed
Please can anyone give me Help.

Not sure if this will work but you can try.
Open Licence Manager and ensure that the licence number is activated and reload.
Licence Manager - POS 3700 - Clients.
Then go to your POS Configurator go to Devices User Workstations and ensure that the Licence code for that workstation is correct.
Then go to Devices again and User Workstation select the ws go to options display and give it a theme, no size need it as it should take it automatically

What handheld you using? In license manager clients you have to licence the handheld as a handheld. Did you pass the client trust phrase step ok?
