Hammerlaunch refresh does not show data

I have an Access database with several crystal .rpt reports. Several users are viewing these reports with Hammerlaunch. In the last week, HL has stopped refreshing the reports when the parameters are changed EXCEPT on my machine. When a user changes a parameter the refresh returns blank fields. No errors are reported.The database and rpt's have not been changed and HL still works from my desktop. It is machine specific. If I login as myself at a user's desktop, I get a blank refresh also. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Already did that. The response, or lack thereof, does not offer much hope.
 
Hello,

Please call me on Monday. Try re-installing HL. I believe that someone installed new software on the machines that run HL with the errors that that over-wrote the registry.
