Help! I made the biggest mistake of my life by installing Outlook 2002 or what may be called Outlook XP.
The biggest problem is how MS has added all these SECURITY blocks on attachments. They took it upon themselves to block 39 files that fall into certain extensions. Since I do a lot of work in MS Access, any file sent to me is blocked and there is no way to get to it.
I can't for the life of me see why they have to be the one to tell me the attached file may cause a problem. That should be my worry.
Well I want to UNINSTALL Outlook XP and reinstall Outlook 2000 which works just fine for me.
The QUESTION is? Can I safely uninstall XP and reinstall 2000? Any precautions I need to take? Will 2000 have any problems reading a .pst file from XP?
I have 2000 running on my laptop with no problems, XP is on my home desktop.
Thanks in advance.
