HACMP & Fuser

When closing some resource groups on an HACMP 4.4 Classic AIx 4.3.3 system when the HA cluster does a

fuser -x /dev/xxxxxxxxx when xxxxxxx is the lv

I get

fuser: 0506-084 Extended read failed (sid=6947243, off=804502408).

I am at ML9

Any one had this problem ?
Any ideas ?

Are you at the latest level .... bos.rte.filesystem 4.3.3.75 I believe.
These errors are from fuser and indicates that a process that was found,was no longer there when fuser tried to kill it.Maybe your process had open files in different filesystems.

I would verify the way your application stops. It might give you indications of the "real problem".
