Hi,
I would like to know the files a hacker can modify in my dns server under RedHat9. How can I trace ? Thanks for help.

Well, you can use monit to monitor the checksums of your zones files, and he will send you an alert if the files have changed. This is a nice little tool it worth the look. He can monitor many services and do some actions if a service is missing, send you an email warning and sms very nice.

tripwire" is another method of monitoring files. it works decently enough. The best prevention is to make sure you set up things as securely as possible, and always check for updates/exploits. is a nice place to check from time to time, and there are many others as well.

You can install tripwire and make a policy to check all files related with DNS.

Thanks everybody for the concern.
