I was wanting to know if there is a way to get my 2600 w/ FXO ports to register with my call manager (4.2). Currently I can send and recieve calls on my phones but the status of my gateway in call manager is "UNKNOWN" below is my lab config for my gateway:

Any help would be appreciated.
Also if anyone can provide a description of how to allow me to route calls to a huntgroup on call manager so I can forward to individuals phones from there it would be great. Thanks

Hi,

This is normal, H323 gateway never register with a callmanager, this is because H323 is a peer to peer protocol and not a master / slave protocol like MGCP or SCCP.

for the hunt group on CM, first create a Line Group and place the directory numbers you want in the group (only know directory number are possible so no FXS ports on H323, only FXS ports on MGCP gateways can be added). Then create a Hunt List and assign the Line group to the hunt list, last thing you need to do is to create a hunt pilot number where you assign the hunt list to. Now when you call the hunt pilot number it will ring on the DN that you selected in the Line Group configuration (you can select diferent distribution algorithms).
