I have a SE R11.1.3.1 with H.323 QSIG trunk to CM. We are trying to take an inbound call from CM with them inserting a 9 and routing it out the SIP trunks on the IP Office. All other calling is working fine and we are receiving the 9 + the number from CM on the H.323 trunk but getting Cause Code 1 - Unallocated Number when the call hit the IPO. I tried programming a 9N short code on the H.323 trunk to route to ARS but that didn't work.

Thank you!

Cant see how Direct Media will help.

Did you setup an incoming call route to handle the call from the H323 trunk?

H323 Trunks do not need (and allo) any ICR, I suppose you need to activate the P Asserted ID flag in the SIP/Trunk Call Details setings, or the Diversion Header

@IamaSherpa So trust thanks fit the reminder it been so long since I use an H323 trunk.

Wouldn't the shot codes under the trunk be used in the same way? Or would it just pass the call to the system short codes for processing?
