H.323 CALL DROPS

Good Morning,

I have two sites. Site A rls. 7.50, Site B Rls. 5.50. Connection is H.323 Trunk.
We can call each other without any problem. However, intermittently calls are dropping after 15 to 20 minutes.

Has anyone experienced before?

Any errors on both console of the PABX when you have drop calls?

Hi,

If your calls are being dropped every 15/20 minutes on the minute it's probably a network firewall issue. We see this a lot with firewalls that use NAT timeouts or something like that. 9 out of 10 times it's the firewall...

I had a DNS issue that i couldnt connect to tek-tips.

Site A has NRS.

I couldnt observe any error.
It happens intermittently.

I will check the firewall settings. And let you know.
