GWIA and Webaccess Stopped Working

I installed SP6 on my 5.1 PO/MTA server. After that, GWIA and Webaccess, both on seperate boxes, stopped loading. I was able to get GWIA to work but not Webaccess. I tried reinstalling Webaccess but still nothing.

GroupWise PO/MTA 6.5 - Netware 5.1 SP6
GWIA 6.5 - Netware 5.1 SP5
WebAccess 6.5 - Netware 6 SP3

Any suggestions?

when they don't load, what error message to you get? what did you have to do to get GWIA to work again?

When manually loading strtweb.ncf the log gives an error f103 and then unloads. I looked at most of Novell TIDs on this subject and tried most of them.

The scary thing is I don't know what made GWIA startup, I think it was when I restart the MTA???
