Hi!
We have a GW6 installed locally on all wnt4.0wrkst in the enterprise. We have an Outlook 2k installed locally on all workstations too. Each of them connects to it's own mail system - GW:to GW PO, Outlook2k: to Exch2k.
It is neccessary for me that both clients could work correctly. I'm using ZENWorks DLU (Dynamic Local User) for generating a user account locally on each PC when a user log's on to Novell servers. Local (generated) user is in Users local group - has NO rights on local file system (NTFS).
For both clients(GW and O2k) to work correctly I must to create 2 mail profiles : 1 for GW (creates automatically , when GW installs) and 1 for O2k (creates almost automatically during O2k initial startup). Both clients MUST see both Address Books - GW and Exch2k. To complete this task: it is neccessary to add to the GW mail profile an Outlook Address Book (no problem with this!) AND to add to the O2k profile a GW Address Book and GW Personal Address Book.
How It is possible to add these 2 GW address books to O2k profile AUTOMATICALLY DURING DLU creation. (the problem is that DLU delete the local users profile during logoff)

Any ideas? Will be very appeciate!

Hallo, guys! How it can be that no one knows how to help in this case?:((((

Thank You Salserocito!

I know this plug-in and we even use it, but it do not solve problem, because can not give us access to GW document management which is in very active use by us.

So we must use both clients GroupWise and MSOutlook for most part of users and since we use DLU (dinamic local user) for users on WinNT Wst we should add these Address Books dinamically.

Here is the problem:((((.

If you are using the Plugin, then you should already be able to see the Outlook Address Book from within GroupWise. If the Outlook Address Book isn't already showing, open your Address Book and goto FILE/OPEN BOOK, and open your Outlook Address Book. That should work.

Good Luck!

Thank You Salserocito! But problem is not in the Outlook Address Book. All is OK with Outlook Address Book of course(and even we do not need Outlook Address Book in GroupWise because we have gateways between these two systems).

Problem is directly with GroupWise Address Book and GroupWise Personal Address Book. Thing is that if You define profile for MSExchange access from MSOutlook and define it as default You must add here GroupWise Address Book and GroupWise Personal Address Book to have possibility to use it in GroupWise client if You need of use both MSOutloook for MSExchange access and GroupWise in same time.

Here of course we do not have problem at all if You use it with normal Microsoft profile, but we use Novels ZENWorks Dinamic Local User, therefore is unpossible to keep this information in profile files. We must add this Address Books dinamically somehow when we login. Otherwise we dot have GroupWise Address Books in GroupWise client.

Partial solution could be GWWEBAccess for such users, but it is not ideal for us because of very active use of GroupWise Document Management System and natural limitations of WEBAccess for this system (as example problems with online work with documents - unpossible to do this with WEBAccess). Same we do not have possiblity to use Outlook WEBAccess instead of Outlook too because here is some Outlook based applications from our partners in MSExchange environment.

Thank You again for wish to help us and all the best!
