I have a user that received HTML message with an embedded link. He is set up for HTML Read and Plain Text send. When he forwarded this message the new recipients (in house and outside) saw this as plain text (not a link).
My question is this - Do I have to set the forwarder up with default HTML send or is there another way to do this?
This is only one instance but it belongs to the big guy.
And I would rather not set every user up with the default HTML send unless absolutely neccessary. These users are confused enough.
