GW 6.5 sp1 Quick Finder unloads POA

Two of our POAs have suddenly been unloading themselves when the Quickfinder index routine begins to run. It has been running fine for a couple of years until now. The Quickfinder runs on the same POA so it is resource intensive but our user base has not grown dramatically.

Any ideas to correct the problem w/o having to install a different POA for Quickfinder indexes (not yet anyway since additional servers may be difficult to come by).

There is a TID somewhere that tells you how to delete the existing indexes and recreate them.

You should have clean databases before you do so, so perhaps a top-down rebuild and database rebuild is in order. Have you ever done a top down rebuild in the 2 years?

Yes we have- just about 4 months ago and routinely for at least once a year. BUT I don't include an index rebuild during the process.

Per chance iS your GW system v6.0.x? Where "x" is less than 3.
