GW 6.5 GWAC.DB issue

I recently set up a new GW6.5 system in my test environment (home). The POA and MTA are passing messaging find on the LAN side, but I'm having issues with the GWIA. When launched, it reports the following message:

Error: Access Control Database (GWAC.DB) not found, run GWIA administration setup. Agent terminated.

As far as I can tell, the GWAC.DB exists where it is supposed to (in the domain directory, under wpgate\gwia).

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Not sure if this will take of your issue because TID 10011428 refers to GroupWise 5.5. But considering the sysmptom seems to be the same maybe you can give it a try.

For the record, I got this one fixed. All that needs to be done is to delete the GWAC.DB file; it is re-created the next time the GW system starts.
