GW 6.5 Crashing when scrolling Address book

Hi, I've looked in the past forums but haven't found anything specific to my problem. We use GW 6.5 and I have always been able to plug in a single letter and scroll down when addressing an email in any address book. For the past 7 months it still accepts 1st letter but locks up upon scrolling and shuts entire GW down...losing all content of any current draft email. Any ideas whats causing the prob? Thank you (ps this happens using the keyboard - which I use - but our IS now tells me to use mouse as it doesn't happen then - I don't tend to use mouse when emailing, but I can adjust.) Ideas?

I have seen oddities when there is a bad address in a personal or FC address book. You could try exporting them and re-importing.

Thank you for responding! Could you explain abit more about what 'bad' means..does it mean addresses no longer used or blocked or ? I have 100's so b4 I re-do the entire list I thought if I could narrow it down some Thank You again.
