We use Hipcom for sip and 4 of our recent 4.1 SIP solution sites have had to be rolled back to 4.0 14

It seems we keep having to reboot the Switch often to bring back the SIP into service, yet on 4.0 thats it stays up pertinently.

I have checked my configs with other suppliers of SIP and all seems spot on.

So before I battle with our distributer just wanted to see if any one else is getting issues.

Is that the same Hipcom that do the Hosted Telephony (support guy Jon Love??). We used thier Hosted stuff with a few problems.

I have SIP trunks from Nexus (Pivate voice DSL) and Voiceflex (Open Internet) on 4.1. When I did the upgrade they both stopped working with one way transmission. It was christmas and I couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot then so changed the ARS back to BT. I looked at it a week later and they had both kicked into life again. Not sure what happened both they are both 100%. We use the Nexus everyday.

We are using Voiceflex and since the upgrade to 4.1 we are experiencing problems with the SIP trunks and have to reboot at varying intervals. No problems when we were at 4.0

More feedback on this guys.
Need to see if I can do some more research, before I need to log with our Distributer.

Haven't had chance to do any investigation as yet. All I can say is that on 4.0 the SIP trunks were very reliable, but on 4.1 we are rebooting approx once a week.
