gui for sql?

i am searching for a graphical user interface for oracle (and other sql-databases) like sql-navigator or toad (both quest software)

but they are both way to expensive for me.

any ideas?

I use DBVisualizer everyday. It doesn't have all the functionality that I would like. But it is FREE and is a good tool all around....It is java based so it will work anywhere and uses JDBC drivers.
