Guestroom Off Hook Alerting in Mitel 3300

Customer reports a lot of calls coming to the front desk as a result of guestroom phones being off hook. They then have to go into the various rooms and hang them back up. I checked the guestroom COS in the 3300, but didn't see anything promising.

Any quick thoughts??

only thing i can think of is some sort of intercept setting
- perhaps for unassigned directory number

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Billz66 is spot on. Check the Intercept Handling number for the guest rooms. Go to Call Routing>Intercept Handling>Intercept Handling instance number for the guest room. Change this instance number and at the bottom of the form set Unassigned Directory Number - Directory Number to blank and set Unassigned Directory Number - Tone to Reorder Tone.
