Guest Service Buttons

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is posible to activate thru programing in Avaya aura communication manager the Guest service Buttons in the Teledex sets.

we have them configured as 2500 phones but it does not seem to work or we do not find the place where we should configure it. if anyone knows this please can you share the info with us?

The buttons on the Teledex analog phones cannot be programmed on the Avaya CM.
If you order the phones from Teledex, you can get them to program the buttons before they are shipped, for a fee, or they may have another method to recommend.
When you add the guest room stations on the CM, it is best to assign them a shared Group Speed Dial List. On the Group Speed Dial list, enter the numbers you want to assign to the Teledex buttons. Then when the buttons are programmed on the sets, program in the speed dial access code.
Then if you need to change a number down the road, you just need to change the entry on the Group Speed Dial List, and not have to touch the phones (that just have a speed dial access code programmed behind the buttons).
