GroupWise Webaccess

In using Groupwise Web Access SpellCheck is replacing the new word inside the misspelled word.
This seems to happen randomly.

Any ideas?

GroupWise 6.5 SP4 (not too sure about the SP).

They don't list a solution but it does say they are on GW6.5 SP5.
