I work on a Helpdesk and have had a query sent to us which has left us all scratching our heads!
A user here has a Shared folder in Groupwise (version 6.5)The folder currently shows all emails as 'read', however the 'new mail' icon is still shown by the folder.
We have ran Groupwise checks and checked all Client options but still cannot resolve this issue.
If anyone has any ideas I'm open to anything!
