groupwise pop3

Hello all. I'm using the palm versamail to retrieve my groupwise emails. For some reason I have a user that does not receive all his emails. He will only get the ones that are sent around the same time he checks to see if he has any emails. My account seems to work fine on his Palm device. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could there be another POP client running against his account, maybe from a desktop computer?

Nope. It seems like the account goes idle or something. I'm thinking this because I get a lot of emails throughout the day but the other users don't. Has to be something Groupwise related. Where can I find the configuration for how the pop server is set up Novell. Is that part of Webaccess? Thanks.
