I'm in a mixed environment 5.5/e2k.
I have installed a new e2k server (the second) which is to be a gateway and will route all internet mail and mail to our parent company via the groupwise connector.

First, the GSNW solution from MS was unsuable so I installed the Novell Client. I can now connect to the API server fine (which is on OUR side of the WAN link).

However, in system manager, the connector (e2k/grpwise) appears as "disabled mode" in the right hand pane.

Any ideas anyone?

If any others of you ever (thought I feel like I'm the only one doing this) have this problem then here's a partial solution (I say partial, cos I've got a routing issue now).

Remove GSNW and use the Novell Client. This worked first time.
