I have users when trying to open groupwise, they get unanble to connect to tcp/ip..I can ping the (POA)address from the machine..ANY IDEAS

Hi there,

You might need to open UDP high ports on your firewall if you have one installed to open access via port 1677?

I have port 1677 opened at the firewall...the problem is most users can open and use GW..I just brought up a new computer and loaded GW 6.5 and the same problem exist..I can ping the POA address with not a problem..I still get "unable to connect to tcpip address
