groupwise 6.5

We just upgraded our GW database on the server to 6.5 and are testing the 6.5 client on a few machines. The new version is supposed to handle HTML emails much better, but we are having some problems.

I did not first have HTML as the viewing default, so when I opened an HTML email the mail viewed in the "mail" tab was blank (grey). I could eventually get the HTML email to come up if I clicked on properties, or the HTML icon on the toolbar then back to "mail".

Then I set the environment "view" default to HTML and voila, all emails both text and HTML open in a view that I can see either in. Then a few hours later.............everything reverted back and I can no longer view either text or HTML when the email is intially open. Most of our users are having this problem.

any ideas? bug? help.

Have you tried installing the lastest client. Should be version 6.5.1. There are some bugs in the first release.
