Groupwise 5.5 HTML E-mails

Could someone please clue me in to the conditions in which Groupwise 5.5 displays HTML e-mails? It seems to sporadically display e-mails with embedded HTML.
I have tried to figure out why some sites like MSNBC if sent throught Outlook can be viewed consistently but other sites cannot. Is there some kind of tag that allows Groupwise formatting? If so what is it?

Do you have the GW 5.5 enhancement pack installed? This will greatly affect the HTML capabilities of GroupWise.

You should install the "HTML Support C3PO", it's somewhere on the GroupWise 5.5 Distribution CD.

It can also be found on the Novell website (under the Cool Solutions) but I don't know the exact address.
