Groupwise 4 to Exchange(SBS) Migration 2

We are about to jump from Novell Groupwise 4 to Exchange (included in SBS). Has anyone done this? What, if anything do we need to be aware of?

My advice, once you read marks' recommendations, is to do it in the shortest time frame possible. Don't plan on having co-existence for very long, if possible.
