Groupshiled stripping all attachements.

The groupshield on our exchange server started stripping off all the attachements from morning and the error msg is "The file test.xls has been replaced because it was
encrypted and GroupShield was unable to scan it."


Please help me in solving this issue . i will add more details as soon as possible

Whenever this has happened to me it has always been a dat file issue. That is if you check the version of the dat in GroupShield you will see 0's across the board. Manually update the dat and it should take care of it.

Thanks for the post. I escalated it to another collegue in another office and he resolved it remotely but did not get the resolution yet from him. i guess the dat issue coz it happened after installing extra.dat file.
