Groupshield 6 start error

Ive installed groupshield 6 on a exchange 2003 server.
When i try and launch groupshield, the configuration screen apears for a few seconds and then i get an error..
"Failed to retrieve configuration data from server. Please check if all services are running and that the server is online"
Ive got no error messeges in log files and everything is running beutifully, except groupshield.
Please Help

Hi there,
I had the same problem on a sbs2003 server. I used add remove programs to uninstall groupshield and then reinstalled the software from the command line with the following options...
msiexec /i groupshield.msi EX2003=YES
The installation program seems to have trouble recognising Exchange 2003 so this forces it to install.
