Groupshield 5 failes to update from sdat files

When i run a update (from local disk) from the Groupshield exchange snapin i get the following messages -
Clean.dat - transfer failed
update.dat - transfer failed

When i check the log file this entry is there : AV Engine took to long to stop - aborted.

Any ideas ???

Pen do a manual update of the dat and engine that is in the superdat
i bet if you look at your version info that will say unknow or 0

just extract the superdat package to a folder stop groupshields service and then copy the files into the groupshield i386 folder and the start the services again.

should fix it.
