Cant' t figure out how to group . Triing to make a report from an access querry, that will report errors by accounts number. Eight errors is capture and for each error item, all period dates should be listed. At present, I can only list errors and one period date.

Ex:

Account Number 9999

Claimed amounts

1998-04-01 1998-04-30
1999-01-01 1999-01-30

I get
Account Number 9999

Claimed amounts
1998-04-01 1998-04-30

Claimed amounts
1999-01-01 1999-01-30

I have tried creating groups but it didn' t work..Read the help .. Please guide me!!!!!
I would start by defining Group #1 for the account number and Group #2 for the error code. I would place the account number field and the column heading 'Claimed Amounts' in the account group heading section. I would then place the error code field in the error code group heading section. I would place the dates in the detail section.
