grouping

I am using cr8 with sql server 7 in vb 6, and using the unbound fields method.

I made 2 groups in my report through the designer, and the second one is not grouping properly. I have checked my data, and it is correct. I have also debugged in the designer and it seems to be reading the data correctly also. But mysteriously crystal is not showing the data in the correct groups. Is there a patch for this, or any ideas what the problem might be?

Hiya! Try running your query in SQL and see what it returns. Does the grouping perform properly there? Can you describe the grouping problem in more detail? Does the problem differ between CR and SQL?
