I have records storing information that each have an entity ID. I then have a table that lists the entity IDS for each household. How can I write a formula that will evaluate the ID information in the contact table and group them by household. Here is a structure example

Contact Table
Field.ID Field.contactinfo

Household table:

Field.ID Field.SPOUSEID

You don't need a formula. You should insert a group based on the field that identifies the Household. This field will probably be the link between the Household info table and the Household Members table. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

There is no unique field or sequence # that identifies the household in this case.

Please give a brief description of the tables and fields involved. Also describe how you would define a 'household'. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
