I'm trying to group data to show customer records with duplicate post code/surname and non-duplicate customer ID, so I have data as follows

DO NOT WANT TO INCLUDE
Postcode Surname Customer ID
A1 1AA Smith 123
A1 1AA Smith 123

WANT TO INCLUDE
Postcode Surname Customer ID
A2 1AA Smithers 234
A2 1AA Smithers 267

WANT TO INCLUDE
Postcode Surname Customer ID
A3 1AA Jones 445
A3 1AA Jones 445
A3 1AA Jones 655

I can exclude the first scenario and include the second scenario, but am struggling with the third scenario as I can only get the report to show the last record

A3 1AA Jones 655

when I want it to show all three records for A3 1AA

Any assistance woudl be appreciated

If you group on Postcode and put the information in the Group Footer thqat should bring it all back just the way you want it to.

Try grouping on a formula {@concat}:

{table.postcode}+" "+{table.surname}

Then go to report->selection formula->GROUP and enter:

distinctcount({table.customerID},{@concat}) > 1
